Costa Rica Healing Bufo Alvarius Retreat

The Intensive consists of four elements:

Part 1: PREPARATION. We start with a phone call where we talk in detail of the retreat process, your background, intention and special exercises to guarantee a successful Bufo intake. A meeting before the start of the retreat takes place to further clarify intention and goals.

Part 2: KAMBO CLEANSE. Kambo is a powerful, non-psychoactive compound that deeply cleanses and purifies the body at many levels. Often we come to Bufo with a lot of “toxic baggage”. Kambo will help release it, allowing Bufo to do its work without energetic, mental or emotional blocks.

Part 3: CHANGA CEREMONY. Changa is a smokable form of DMT that leads to beautiful visions and mystical insight. Often compared to astral travel, it is a joyful and heart opening experience that generates a profound relaxation and connection to life. In many cases there is a sense of fear around Bufo; the Changa experience helps soften and open ourselves to trust, making it much easier to engage with Bufo.

Part 4: BUFO CEREMONY. After the previous steps you will be fully prepared to move up to Bufo and effortlessly experience its full power.

The ceremonies are also accompanied by Sananaga and Rapé snuff, powerful medicines on their own that are used as grounding aids at the start of the sessions. In addition, sound healing will be used to help relax the body during the Sananga session.
